一档关于“探索户外，认知自我”的自驾旅行纪实类真人秀，致力于为向往远方的人，圆梦一趟期许已久的户外自驾旅行。整季节目将自驾四条旅行路线，“山海探路小队”将以自驾露营的旅行方式，为观众分享各景点的推荐与避雷，真实种草中国大美河山，亲近大自然，让观众感受到祖国的地大物博，资源丰富，从而带动更多观众亲身感受自驾露营乐趣，一同向山海出发。。讲述在这快节奏的世界中，三姐妹Hannah﹑Nina及Rose皆是离婚律师，Hannah与Nina在竞争对手的公司中领导离婚及家庭法的律师，只有三妹Rose还在找寻自己的位置。同时，三姐妹及母亲因为那缺席了30年的父亲/丈夫Oscar重新出现，令她们的生活面临瓦解。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success.
