一个神秘组织聘请了以为学术界翘楚的教授，研究出一种能让人出现各种超能力的原液，培养了一批为组织做各种坏事的特工。教授为了追求自己梦想，背叛想把这些能力都放在自己妻子的身上，组织派出杀手，意外引发爆炸，导致原液泄露，出现很多有BUG的超能力者。。Charlie goes to the movie and falls in love with a girl on the screen. He goes to Keystone Studios to find her. He disrupts the shooting of a film, and a fire breaks out. Charlie is blamed, gets squirted with a firehose, and is shoved by the female star.。
