津海市公安局刑警队李天一是全省著名的破案能手。一天，天一接到发小常刚的电话邀请天一参加同学聚会，并且透露会有神秘人物到场。正好要休假并且好久没有参加聚会的天一欣然同意。 天一和女友漫玲加上常刚三人驱车来到省城金湾酒店，让天一惊讶的是，这家五星级酒店的销售总监竟然是高中同学胡雪松。而胡雪松自从高中毕业后就和大家失去了联系。 参加聚会的同学女记者凌云、出租司机晓峰、IT人赵亮陆续到来。但这三人一看到胡雪松都表露出不悦的神情。晓峰还言语中明显表示出对雪松的厌恶。最后一个到来者令常刚之外的所有人大吃一惊——校花宏欣。原来宏欣也和雪松一样中学毕业后就消失了。简单寒暄后胡雪松把大家安排到酒店的13层休息。 晚餐结束后，大家各自安排时间。漫玲向天一打听同学间的往事。原来，胡雪松当时是他们的班长，但人缘很不好，他向老师汇报赵亮和凌云的早恋，在高考志愿填报是又举报晓...。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
